From early high-school Kristijonas felt a great pleasure in writing , he saw it as his own art: from short, funny stories to philosophical essays and even written monologues about politics. In twelfth grade Kristijonas knew that he wanted writing in his life and so journalism was a gateway for achieving his dream.
When talking about his personality, Kristijonas is usually seen as a quiet and focused person. Although some teachers during his high-school years have noticed and congratulated Kristijonas for being critical both with himself and others, thus his critical thinking and passive demeanor allows Kristijonas to see both sides of the story and make a neutral conclusion in his papers.
After high-school Kristijonas questioned his future goals and was not sure if writing was his true calling. To buy some time to think he joined the military of the Lithuanian Republic. For nine months he served in the 1st Mechanized infantry company of Duke Vaidotas Mechanized infantry battalion that is part of the Iron Wolf Mechanized infantry brigade. He was given the role of a combat medic and was regarded as the best combat medic of the company. During his service Kristijonas was rewarded twice by the battalion commanding officer for his motivation, hard work and initiative during the several training operations he participated in.
A native of Kaunas, he graduated from the Kaunas gymnasium of Jonas Basanavičius and now studies at Vilnius university, Lithuania.
